Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is pleased to announce the opening of two new locations: an OrthoAccess immediate care clinic in Wilmette and a physical therapy clinic in Mount Prospect.
Wilmette OrthoAccess Immediate Care Clinic
Located in the heart of downtown Wilmette, IBJI’s newest OrthoAccess walk-in clinic is designed to provide immediate, expert care for orthopedic injuries such as simple fractures, sprains, strains, and more. Whether you take a misstep on your morning run or your child comes home from practice with a sports injury, OrthoAccess offers a cost-effective alternative to emergency room visits, without the long wait times.
The clinic is staffed by IBJI’s trusted orthopedic specialists, ensuring that patients receive specialized care from professionals who understand musculoskeletal injuries inside and out. With advanced diagnostic technology on-site, we can assess injuries quickly and get patients on the path to recovery right away. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary, and patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mount Prospect Physical Therapy Clinic
For those recovering from injury or surgery, IBJI’s new Mount Prospect physical therapy clinic offers comprehensive rehabilitation services to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Located inside HPI Mount Prospect Fitness, this facility provides everything from complimentary injury screenings to personalized rehabilitation programs, tailored to each patient’s unique recovery needs. The clinic is staffed by experienced physical therapists, dedicated to providing individualized care.
The new Mount Prospect physical therapy clinic is located at 431 Lakeview Court, Suite E in Mount Prospect. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 847-779-6035.
