I had an MRI at your Wilmette location in November of 2019 with a tech named Nick. I have had many MRI's at IBJI and other places: 3 on the right foot, 1 on the right knee, and 2 on my neck/spine. Nick was absolutely amazing from the first moment he greeted me at the door. I was taken in 5 minutes early, he was courteous, delightful, reassuring, did not rush me, helped me relax so much that I almost fell asleep, which I have never done before. In the past, an MRI was always a dreaded experience and with this young man, it was so pleasant. Of course, I hope my results are okay, but just wanted you to know that this tech is extra special and it makes a huge difference to the patient.
