I left you a voice mail but would like to follow up with this email. I would like you to pass along my thanks to Vito for his informative, professional and caring manner when I had an MRI today. Because of his guidance, understanding and kindness, I was very grateful. I am not sure if I ever had one before, and if I did, it was years and years ago. Vito made the experience as good as he possibly could for me and I am very grateful.
