I had bilateral knee replacement in May, 2011. Went to rehab for 3 1/2 weeks and really worked hard there. After not playing tennis for almost 3 years, I was anxious to get back to it. I had a wonderful therapist at rehab and we worked together. When released, I went to physical therapy twice a week. There too I worked hard with my therapist. By the end of August I was on my own. In October I felt strong enough to try tennis. Dr. Goldstein gave me the best tennis knees. I now play doubles tennis 4 to 5 days a week and just took up golf and am playing golf 2 days a week. I am so pleased with my replacement knees and so glad I did them both at one time. Sorry I didn't do it sooner.
