Daniel J. Levin, MD

Dr. Daniel Levin is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management.After graduating from medical school and finishing his residency at the University ofChicago, he completed a pain management fellowship at Massachusetts GeneralHospital - Harvard Medical School and subsequently spent four years working anddeveloping a pain management program at a community hospital in the Boston area.

Dr. Levin places an emphasis on determining the underlying cause of his patients’pain and tailoring a treatment plan to fit both the disease process and the individualpatient’s needs. Recognizing how deeply pain impacts many facets of people’s lives,he prioritizes taking the time to get to know his patients with the aim of makingsubstantial improvements in comfort, functionality, and quality of life. He utilizes amultimodal approach to formulate individualized treatment plans, which includeminimally invasive injections and procedures, medications, and physical therapy.

Dr. Levin grew up in the Chicagoland area and is an avid Chicago sports fan. In hisfree time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his wife andyoung children.
