Bundle Pricing for Employers

IBJI offers a bundle program for employers with self-funded health plans seeking value and transparency in their claim costs. The transparent pricing for bundled services below removes the complexity and mystery of clinical, diagnostic, and surgical costs for common orthopedic procedures performed in our facilities.

Pricing includes:

Facility fee
Surgeon’s fee including pre-operative visit
Three post-operative visits (evaluation and two follow-up visits of physical therapy and rehabilitation)
Anesthesiologist fee
Surgical implant costs (if applicable)
Uncomplicated follow-up care

Pricing does NOT include:

Any diagnostic studies necessary prior to surgery or post-operatively (including lab, MRI, X-ray). The pre-op visit includes X-ray.
Consultations with specialists to determine medical risk/management
Physical therapy and rehabilitation (beyond the three included post-operative follow-up visits)
Expenses or fees resulting from complications subsequent to the completion of the surgery and discharge from the facility
