Biography

Angel is a graduate of Stanbridge University’s Masters of Occupational Therapy program. She completed her fieldwork training at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center and an outpatient hand therapy clinic. Ever since her first job as a therapist aide, she knew that hand therapy was her passion and is now working towards becoming a certified hand therapist.

She is dedicated to helping patients reach their goals and particularly enjoys making splints. Working with the talented team of therapists and physicians at IBJI, she is an active teammate in the process of rehabilitating patients and returning them to their meaningful activities.

Originally from California, Angel is excited to be experiencing life in Chicago. Outside of work, Angel likes spending time with family and friends by traveling, going to farmers markets, trying new restaurants, and cooking.
