Biography

Anna joined the IBJI team in August 2021 and continues to treat a variety of sports medicine injuries. After gaining experience in the trauma ICU at Loyola Medicine and surgical ICU at Rush University Medical Center, she completed her education at Rush University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2018. She's also ANCC board certified. 

As a member of the IBJI team, Anna enjoys treating patients with many types of injuries sustained during athletic activities, with a focus on problems of the knee and shoulder. Anna works with patients to define goals of their treatment and recovery as well as provide guidance for their return to sports or work. She values educating patients, specifically in the pre-operative period. Anna also performs non-operative procedures in the office, including intra-articular joint injections. 

As a former collegiate athlete, Anna has first-hand experience with multiple injury patterns and an excellent understanding of how to directly treat patients across the spectrum of activity and age. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
