Biography
Dominique Gamez, APN graduated from University of Miami's family nurse practitioner program with honors in 2020, and she has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since 2020. She also served as a faculty member and preceptor at the University of Miami. Dominique has been a part of Illinois Bone & Joint Institute since 2022, primarily focusing on shoulder, knee, and sports medicine.
Dominique is driven by helping her patients achieve their goals in the orthopedic setting. She works with each patient to come up with an individualized plan to get them back to an active lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, Dominique enjoys spending time outdoors with her Goldendoodle and friends. She values a healthy lifestyle, plays tennis, and partakes in yoga and pilates classes.
