Biography

Dorota has been specializing in outpatient orthopedics for the past 30 years. She was raised and trained in Poland, then she spent two years in Sydney, Australia before moving and settling in Chicago in 1992. She lives in the northwest suburbs and has been practicing in Arlington Heights for the past 17 years. 

Her passion has always been outpatient orthopedics, with special interest in shoulder and knee orthopedic conditions. Dorota loves working with athletes, professional and recreational, young and old, as well as people trying to get or stay in shape. She especially loves working with patients after orthopedic surgeries, guiding them through their recovery process. It gives her great pride and joy to watch her patients progress from braces, crutches, and walkers to return to their sport, activities, and life as before the injury or better. 

In her free time she loves to work out, hike with her Yorkie Misia, and travel and downhill ski with her family. She speaks English, Polish and Russian.
