Biography

Heather is a graduate of the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program at Midwestern University. She completed her bachelor's degree in athletic training at Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota where she was also a member of symphony orchestra and swim and dive team. 

Heather discovered her interest in occupational therapy during the summer of her third year in college. She completed her fieldwork training at Encompass Health Valley of The Sun Rehabilitation Hospital and a hand rotation at Swedish Hospital. She is dedicated to a person-centered approach to help patients achieve their goals, and she enjoys making splints. 

Outside of the clinic, Heather loves traveling and trying new foods, participating in sporting events and activities, and spending time with friends and family.
