Biography

Jessica is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She joined OAK Orthopedics in 2024. She is currently working alongside Dr. Juan Santiago-Palma, specializing in interventional spine and pain management. Jessica has seven years experience working in the pain management field. Prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner Jessica worked as a registered nurse, working primarily in outpatient post-anesthesia care units for outpatient orthopedic surgery, and in the primary care setting. Jessica studied at Western Governors University and obtained a master's degree in nursing leadership. After completing her studies at Western Governors University, Jessica attended Chamberlain College of Nursing and obtained her master's degree as a family nurse practitioner. 

Jessica enjoys getting to know all of her patients. She understands the burden of living with chronic pain and the effects it can have on an individual's day-to-day life. She believes in treating each patient individually. Jessica works collaboratively with each of her patients to formulate the best plan of care for them.
