Biography
Kendra is originally from northeast Ohio, living most of her life in central North Carolina, and now resides in Glenview. She began practicing physical therapy in outpatient orthopedics in January of 2019.
With her background in athletic training and strength and conditioning, she is passionate about helping a variety of individuals move better and be able to enjoy all aspects of life—whether it is lifting grandchildren off the floor, playing weekend pickleball, or returning to a high level of athleticism for a career in sports. Continuing education over the years has included dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, kinesiotaping, Selected Functional Movement Assessment, and Titelist Performance Institute medical golf assessments.
Kendra loves being active with her husband and two sons. She played collegiate softball and now enjoys participating in triathlons, lifting weights, and golfing. She is a Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, The Ohio State University, and Northwestern University baseball fan!
