Biography

Pooja, a former national roller speed skating champion representing India at the Asian Roller Sports Championships, transitioned to a career in physical therapy due to her own injury experiences. Her approach to therapy is rooted in holistic care, patient-centered treatment, evidence-based practice, and empowering her patients to achieve their personal rehabilitation goals and reach their full potential. She is also committed to ongoing education and research, allowing her to create individualized care plans. 

Pooja is multilingual, speaking English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, meditation, spending time with loved ones, and exploring the world with her husband through activities like hiking, stargazing, and cultural immersion.
